Cambrie's 10th Birthday!!!

WoW! Time does fly by! Cambrie is 10 years old. We had a great time celebrating her birthday with family today. She didn't want a birthday cake, but wanted brownies cut into different shapes. So that is what the birthday girl got. The day began with an AYSO soccer game and then home to presents and goodies. She opened some of her gifts before the game. She received an MP3 with a clock radio to hook it into and to help get her out of bed in the morning. She was very spoiled by grandparents and aunts/uncles and cousins. Thank you to everyone! Cambrie we want you to know what a blessing you are in our lives and we love you very much. Keep being a great example to your sister and brothers. WE LOVE YOU ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Mykenna's First Day of Preschool

Mykenna started her 2nd year of preschool today. For her first day she had to bring her name made out of things that start with each letter. We had fun putting it together. She was so excited to go! She goes to Miss Julie's Preschool just a mile from our home. Miss Julie has been doing preschool for years out of her home and Kenna loves to go! She is getting so big. We are so proud of her!

First Day of School - 2008

School has officially begun! I got up early so that I could be prepared for any mishaps, but it all went very smoothly. We had set Cambrie's alarm the night before and at 7:15 a.m. both she and Parker were upstairs with their clothes and backpacks in hand. Parker's mood was completely different from the night before. "He did not want to go to school. He hates school. He just wants to stay home all day and go nowhere." But he got ready with no complaints and we were out the door with time to spare. We always walk to the bus stop the first morning with the kids to take pictures. It was fun to watch them start the new school year.

South Weber Days Parade!

We have made it a tradition to attend the South Weber Days parade each year. The kids really enjoy it and we can't get enough of the salt water taffy. :) This year my sister Kellee and her family were moving into the apartments in South Weber so after unloading the uhaul we grabbed the kids and went. We found a great spot right at the beginning of the parade. The candy bags filled up quickly. Just what we needed right? Cael wasn't to sure at first, but when he saw all the other kids running around and picking up the candy off the road he was all over it. It was fun to have Karee, Ryton and Brooklyn with us! It is fun to have family near!

Hanging out with Grandma Linda

Grandma Linda came over and it was so nice outside we grabbed some toys and went out to play! It was pretty hot so we found some shade by the fence and played with some tinker toys and had some juice! It was fun to have little baby Ryton with us! Playing in the sprinklers is always fun! Simple moments!
